Job summary

OFS is seeking a Product Data Specialist to manage catalog data across CET, Specify and Price, R12, Cyncly, and Spec platforms. You will liaise with Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and CET Development to ensure accuracy and alignment with product specs.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining catalogs for vendors and local distribution, coordinating data timelines, and supporting the eTools team with data integrity and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with product data management concepts, tools, and practices.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with product specification tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between product marketing, sales operations, and eTools team to promote communication and data integrity.
• Works closely with the technology team to launch, update, and enhance products and programs via digital specification tools.
• Coordinate product data timelines and requirements with Product Application Managers, supporting product development goals.
• Create new catalogs in CET for export to vendors.
• Create and maintain customer-specific catalogs for local distribution.
• Connect product symbols with catalog data.
• Compile catalog data for distribution.
• Work with marketing and the fabric team to maintain current and accurate textile information in our data.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Assist with daily eTools support tickets.
