Job summary

Air Transport International (ATI) is seeking a Crew Planner to develop and optimize contractual crew schedules in alignment with FARs, CBAs, and operational requirements. You will work with scheduling, training, and other departments to balance utilization and costs across planned flying and ad hoc charters.

Responsibilities include forecasting staffing needs, maintaining crew data systems, and supporting budgeting and cost analysis.

Qualifications

1 year of aviation scheduling experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Strong data analytics capability and proficiency with Excel.
Familiarity with crew tracking systems and bid processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, publish, and disseminate contractual crew schedules per FARs and CBAs.
Create data-driven staffing models and forecasts to evaluate crew requirements.
Collaborate with multiple departments to align staffing with demand and training needs.
Incorporate changes for last-minute charters into crew plans and assess impacts.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis with crew data.
Manage annual pilot vacation bid and adjustments per agreements.
Coordinate with Travel Logistics on crew transportation and lodging.
