Acceleration Academies in the United States seeks an Academic Support Coach to advance Graduation Candidates through data‑driven planning, interventions, and collaborative leadership. This temporary, full‑time, grant‑funded role supports MTSS‑aligned data meetings, academic intervention, scheduling, and college and career readiness while working closely with the Academy Director.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher, a valid secondary educator credential, at least five years in

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid Secondary South Carolina Educator Credential required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or educational leadership.
• Experience with academic coaching, intervention strategies, and student success planning.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, LMS, SIS and mobile technology.

Responsabilidades

• Continuous Improvement Planning and MTSS‑aligned data meetings.
• Assist with development and implementation of improvement plans.
• Analyze student performance data and track improvement strategies.
• Coordinate scheduling and EOC/test preparation activities.
• Support college and career readiness initiatives and family engagement.
