Job summary

Academies of Math and Science in Mesa, AZ is seeking a 4th Grade Teacher to deliver differentiated instruction using AMS standards and support underserved scholars. You will engage families, collaborate with staff, and track student progress with data-driven methods during a 180-day school year.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping Title 1 and ESL students in underserved communities forge their way to a college education.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Level 1 IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach using AMS curriculum standards with differentiated instruction above and below grade level.
• Attend weekly professional development and grade-level meetings.
• Communicate with parents and lead meetings to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to support academic and behavioral needs.
