Job summary

AMS is seeking a motivated 4th Grade Teacher to join our Mesa, AZ campus (AMS-Power). This role starts immediately and offers a base compensation of $48,331.25–$54,571.89 DOE, with generous benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

You will teach using AMS curriculum standards, differentiate for learners at all levels, participate in weekly professional development, and communicate with families to support student progress within a data-driven instructional model.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Passion for helping Title 1 and ESL students in underserved communities, ability to pass a background check and obtain a Level 1 IVP fingerprint clearance card, strong analytical abilities, willingness to deliver established, proven curriculum, collaborative work style with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Teach using AMS curriculum standards with differentiated instruction for students above and below grade level.
• Attend weekly professional development and team meetings.
• Communicate with parents and lead parent-student-teacher meetings to track progress.
• Coordinate with administrators to meet students’ academic and behavioral needs.
• Use data to track student performance and show progress.
