Qualifications

• Passion for helping Title 1 and ESL students in underserved communities
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
• Adaptability to deliver established, proven curriculum provided by our network
• Collaborative work style and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities

• Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through a differentiated approach
• Attend weekly professional development and meetings with grade level team
• Communicate with parents and lead parent-student-teacher meetings
• Coordinate with administrators and staff to meet students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Use data to track student progress and show measurable improvement
• Contribute to improving practices and procedures across the network
• Guide student social and emotional development using PBIS and proactive strategies
