Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and implementation of clients’ data products and transformations. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on delivery using Agile practices to unlock data value and drive decisions.

You will bridge business and technical teams, manage scope, budgets, and staffing, and champion data-driven outcomes for strategic client initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project or product delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing data products and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on with agile delivery and data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Articulate ROI, cost savings, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive client growth through high-quality delivery and relationships.
• Coach agile teams and remove impediments.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline delivery.
• Document requirements, backlogs, risks and issues.
