Job summary

Slalom Nashville is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead end-to-end data product delivery and transformation programs across client engagements. This role blends strategic program management with hands-on delivery leadership, driving data-driven decisions and value realization.

You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing, coach agile teams, and partner with solution architects and executives to articulate ROI and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budget management, program dependencies, risks, and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Partner with solution architects to align business vision with technical implementation and ensure cross-workstream integration.
• Engage with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, client tech teams, and Slalom teams to drive delivery initiatives.
• Create executive summaries and roadmaps that demonstrate vision, impact, and status of programs.
• Lead one or more agile teams by facilitating scrum events and backlog prioritization with stakeholders.
• Guide estimation techniques and capacity planning for delivery teams.
• Validate solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria; track velocity and other agile metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and actionable backlogs aligned with priorities and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Balance business needs with technical feasibility and architectural standards while prioritizing data-informed decisions.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, translating capabilities into business value.
• Articulate ROI, cost savings, and revenue opportunities; drive client growth through delivery excellence.
• Coach and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams through agile principles.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline delivery and surface actionable insights.
• Contribute to data capability growth through mentorship and best-practice sharing.
