Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Delivery Owner to lead end-to-end data product delivery, data transformation programs, and data-focused workstreams. You’ll own scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing while aligning with business objectives and architectural standards.

You’ll partner with solution architects, engage executive sponsors, coach agile teams, and drive data-driven decisions using AI tools to improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project management or data delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, and data transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud data stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs with scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing ownership.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and architectural standards.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating capabilities into business value.
• Own ROI and long-term value articulation for client data initiatives; drive account growth through delivery excellence.
• Coach and enable high-performing agile teams; resolve impediments and champion delivery principles.
• Leverage AI, automation, and collaboration tools to streamline delivery and surface insights.
