Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead data product development, data ecosystems, and data transformation initiatives for client engagements. The role requires bridging business strategy and technical execution, delivering data-driven insights and scalable solutions.

You will manage large transformation programs, align scope with client objectives, and guide agile teams through delivery excellence using modern data platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, product management, technical delivery leadership roles, data products, analytics platforms, data warehousing, or data transformation initiatives
• Ability to lead agile teams and manage complex data programs across multiple stakeholders
• Experience presenting to executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders and driving business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products, transformation programs, and data-focused workstreams with scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing accountability
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner balancing business needs with technical feasibility and architectural standards
• Own ROI, cost savings, revenue opportunities, and long-term value of client data initiatives
• Drive client growth through high-quality delivery, trusted relationships, and measurable outcomes
• Coach and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams through agile principles and practices
• Leverage AI, automation, and collaboration tools to streamline delivery and enable data-driven decisions
• Mentor and contribute to the Data Capability through best practices and community development
