Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and implementation of data products, ecosystems, and transformation initiatives for clients. You will manage large programs, align stakeholders, and steer delivery with agile practices to unlock the value of data assets and enable data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution, coach teams, and drive measurable outcomes with a focus on ROI and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end data product delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products, programs, and data-focused workstreams with scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating capabilities into business value.
• Articulate ROI, cost savings, revenue opportunities, and long-term value of data initiatives.
• Drive client growth through delivering high-quality outcomes and trusted relationships.
• Coach and enable self-organizing teams through agile principles and practices.
