Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and implementation of clients’ data products, data ecosystems, and data transformation initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment. You’ll manage large transformation programs, coordinate data-focused workstreams, and deliver data-driven solutions that unlock business value.

You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, mentor agile teams, and drive outcomes through data-informed decisions,

Qualifications

• Experience leading data product delivery and data transformation programs.
• Strong communication with C-suite and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile Delivery and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs.
• Be primary solution and delivery owner balancing business and technical needs.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for stakeholders.
• Articulate ROI, cost savings, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive client growth through high-quality delivery and relationships.
• Coach agile teams and enable self-organization.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve delivery.
• Mentor data capability growth within Slalom.
