Job summary

The Lawrenceville School is seeking an Alumni and Development Intern to support Advancement Services & Operations during the Millennium-to-Raiser's Edge transition. The role involves data review, file preparation for imports, and organizing project documentation while assisting with reporting and process improvements.

This in-person, 10–15 hour per week internship offers hands-on experience in CRM management, data quality, and donor information confidentiality, reporting to the Director of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed is required.
• Willingness to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct and synthesize research findings accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational and project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Proficient in using databases, Excel and other tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data review and organization during Millennium-to-Raiser''s Edge transition.
• Prepare files for imports or batch updates.
• Organize project documentation and assist with reporting and process improvements.
• Assist with other ad hoc Advancement Services projects.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement Services and Operations to support a variety of project-based work.
