Job summary

Ethical Culture Fieldston School seeks an Assistant Director of Advancement Services to lead Raiser's Edge administration, data integrity, and data-driven fundraising operations. This role supports gift processing, reporting, and prospect management in collaboration with Finance and frontline fundraisers.

The ideal candidate will have five+ years in advancement services, strong Excel/CRM skills, and experience with Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. On-site role in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in advancement services or nonprofit fundraising operations.
• Experience administering Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge; Blackbaud preferred.
• Experience managing databases, gift processing, records, reporting, and prospect management.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Raiser's Edge and related systems; oversee data integrity, security, and updates.
• Oversee gift processes and donor acknowledgments, pledge reminders, matching gifts, and data imports/exports.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate recording and reporting of philanthropic transactions and campaign activity.
• Manage prospect pipelines and track donor engagement, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
• Produce fundraising analytics, portfolio management reports, and campaign performance metrics.
