Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center design projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contract documents, and act as the primary client contact to drive project success.

You will work with a capable team on technically sophisticated facilities, including power, cooling, and data center operations. This role emphasizes collaboration, QA/QC, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design required.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture/interior design.
• 5+ years in project management on complex data center or critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate all phases of data center projects.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage budgets and work plans.
• Provide construction services and resolve issues to meet schedule and client expectations.
• Coordinate with contracts team for successful contract execution.
• Mentor junior team members and support proposals.
