Job summary

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with data centers, light industrial, or PEMB projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center and light industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive communication between owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore, CMIC, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools.
