Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. This role manages all aspects of tenant fit-out construction, coordinating trades, sequencing work, ensuring quality, and delivering mission-critical infrastructure onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with occasional travel outside Texas.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction management experience in mission-critical/data center environments.
• Strong understanding of white space fit-out, containment, and overhead systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for data center white space fit-out projects.
• Oversee installation of containment systems, overhead cable trays, ladder racks, and structural supports.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors and client stakeholders; enforce QC and safety standards.
• Monitor schedule and budget; identify and resolve risks to maintain timelines.
