Emerson Electric Co is seeking a candidate to own one of three core areas: Technical Instruction, New Hire Onboarding, or Upskilling Program Management. You will deliver training and onboarding for new hires across data center locations and lead a network of trainers to ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience.

• Program Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and training programs, training space, trainers, facilitators, materials, and venues for large cohorts.
• Training Facilitation: Deliver portions of onboarding, including welcome sessions, tours, and foundational instruction.
• Communications: Communicate schedules, expectations, and logistics to new hires and managers.
• Reporting and Progress Tracking: Track training progress and partner with managers to address gaps, providing program reporting to the CORE Data Center Learning & Development organization.
• Program Management: Implement and deliver onboarding, early career, and upskilling programs across data centers in partnership with core program managers.
• Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and managers and collaborate to improve training content and delivery.
