Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a seasoned Training Lead to drive the Platform Delivery training and development program for data center development and execution. You will create materials across lifecycle stages, PM processes, QA/QC, procurement, and reporting, and deliver instructor-led sessions and onboarding content.

You will collaborate with Platform Delivery leadership to improve team proficiency, standardize project delivery across markets, and accelerate onboarding, while traveling

Qualifications

• Develop training materials focused on Platform Delivery processes using project documentation, playbooks, templates and real project examples.
• Design and deliver training content across onboarding, instructor-led sessions, workshops and self-directed modules.
• Present instructor-led training for complex technical topics.
• Must be able to travel to US locations up to 25%.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Delivery training and development program for data center development and execution.
• Create new training materials across multiple topics: lifecycle, PM processes, QA/QC, procurement, reporting, and safety.
• Support standardization of onboarding and cross-functional collaboration training.
• Collaborate with Platform Delivery leadership to improve team proficiency and consistency in delivery.
