Oracle is seeking a dedicated Training Program Coordinator to own one of three core areas—Technical Instruction, New Hire Onboarding, or Upskilling Program Management—delivering onboarding programs across multiple data center locations and coordinating a network of trainers.

As the onsite face of the onboarding and development group, you will partner with managers and site stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience, track progress, and drive continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and coordinating training programs.
• Onsite onboarding experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a network of trainers and facilitators.

Responsabilités

• Program Coordination: coordinate onboarding and training operations, training space, trainers, venues, and materials.
• Training Facilitation: deliver portions of onboarding sessions and foundational technical instruction.
• Communications: share onboarding schedules and logistics with new hires and managers.
• Reporting and Progress Tracking: monitor progress and address gaps with managers and trainers.
• Program Management: support onboarding, early career and upskilling programs across the data center.
• Stakeholder Management: gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of content and delivery.
