Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Onboarding & Development team member to drive onboarding and upskilling programs for new hires across multiple data center locations. You will manage a network of trainers and facilitators, ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience and serving as the face of the onboarding program for new hires and managers.

The role focuses on one of three areas: Technical Instruction, New Hire Onboarding, or Upskilling Program Management, and requires

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving results.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Program Coordination: Coordinate all operational aspects of onboarding and training programs, including securing training space, scheduling trainers and facilitators, printing training materials, and identifying venues for large training cohorts.
