Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member to own core areas of technical instruction, new hire onboarding, or upskilling program management. You will coordinate onboarding and training across multiple data center locations, manage a network of trainers, and serve as the onsite face of the onboarding experience for new hires and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and coordinating training programs.
• Ability to coordinate trainers and facilitators across locations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proven track record in onboarding or development programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training program operations, including space, schedules, and materials.
• Facilitate portions of onboarding and introductory technical sessions.
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and logistics to new hires and managers.
• Track progress and identify learners needing additional support; report to L&D teams.
• Partner with program managers to implement onboarding and upskilling initiatives.
