Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality curricula aligned with operational and launch milestones.
• Consistent use of standardized learning materials across supported campuses.
• Reduced time required to develop, review, and release priority training.
• Improved learner readiness, first-pass assessment results, and time-to-qualification.
• Effective collaboration between Training, technical SMEs, and Operations.
• Timely integration of lessons learned, equipment changes, and operational requirements.
• Development of scalable programs that strengthen internal technical capability and help reduce long-term reliance on external vendors.
