Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Training & Onboarding Coordinator to deliver and manage onboarding and upskilling programs for new hires across multiple data center locations. You will oversee a network of trainers, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience and coordinating with the CORE Data Center Learning & Development team.

The role focuses on technical instruction, new hire onboarding, or upskilling program management, requiring a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Learning and Development, training, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and training programs, venues, trainers, and materials.
• Training Facilitation: Lead portions of onboarding sessions and foundational technical instruction.
• Communications: Share onboarding schedules and logistics with new hires and managers.
• Reporting and Progress Tracking: Monitor progress, identify gaps, and report to CORE Data Center Learning & Development.
• Program Management: Collaborate with core managers to deliver onboarding, early career, and upskilling programs.
