Job summary

Oracle is seeking a leader to establish a scalable Training Delivery program for its Data Center teams in the United States. You will build and lead a dispersed team, define the vision and goals, and drive a robust onboarding and upskilling strategy across multiple sites.

You will partner with HR and stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of training content across varying operating models, while balancing leadership duties with hands-on program work during growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated ownership and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new team: support hiring, onboarding, and build-out across multiple Data Center Training Delivery sites.
• Define vision, strategy, and goals for the organization including individual and team objectives.
• Create, launch, and maintain a scalable training delivery model for OCI data centers and coordinate onboarding with hiring cohorts.
• Expand the onboarding model to existing and new OCI data center sites globally.
• Partner with CORE Program Managers to implement early career, onboarding, and upskilling programs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across OCI, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Define, implement, and monitor success metrics and KPIs for the team.
