Job summary

Oracle seeks a dynamic leader to build and scale a Training Delivery team across multiple U.S. data centers.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, and the rollout of a scalable delivery model, collaborating with the Data Center Learning & Development organization, HR, and the broader business. You will set vision, define goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability while balancing leadership duties with individual contributor work during growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ownership and track record of driving results.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new Training Delivery team across multiple sites.
• Define vision, strategy, and goals for the organization.
• Create and maintain a scalable training delivery model for OCI data centers.
• Coordinate onboarding with Recruiting to align cohorts and start dates.
• Expand onboarding model to existing and new sites globally.
• Partner with CORE Program Managers to deliver onboarding and upskilling programs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from front-line managers to executives.
