Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) in Neenah, WI seeks a Data Center Technical Training Consultant to deliver and continuously improve data center curriculum and hands-on lab training. You will facilitate courses, coach staff, and ensure safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data centers, strong electrical systems knowledge, and experience teaching or facilitating. Travel 0-50% and a schedule Monday–Friday. Collaborate with teams to align training with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Journeyman certification and/or BICSI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ICIAN technical curriculum and training around Data Centers.
• Creates and leads hands-on lab training and testing with safety as a priority.
• Designs and scales technical curriculum for high-density data center environments.
• Develops coursework covering data center infrastructure (MV/LV distribution, switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, ATS/STS, UPS, generators, PLCs, SCADA/EPMS, mechanical systems).
• Coaches ICIANs for data center deployment competencies.
• Maintains and enhances curriculum to align with client needs and business objectives.
• Collaborates with ICIAN team to research, pilot, and implement new training programs.
• Conducts on-site coaching and development related to audits or crisis work.
• Builds relationships with operations leaders to enable open dialogue and trust.
• Supports ICIAN Coordinator in program coordination as needed.
• Works with SMEs to improve content and delivery of programs.
• Continues developing facilitation craft and public speaking abilities.
• Engages in professional/trade organizations.
• Models company values and professional standards to trainees.
• Demonstrates approachability and collaboration to influence others.
• Performs other related duties as required.
