Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ICIAN Technical Training Consultant to deliver and tailor data-center focused curricula and hands-on labs. You will coach staff on complex electrical and IT infrastructure, maintaining safety as a key priority and continuously refining materials.

The role requires 5+ years in data centers, apprenticeship or degrees, and experience facilitating technical training with strong AV and PC skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program (or Associate/Bachelor’s degree).Journeyman certification and/or BICSI preferred.
• 5+ years of data center experience with strong technical background in electrical or related trades.
• Previous facilitation or training experience (1–2 years preferred) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ICIAN technical curriculum and trade-related training classes, especially around Data Centers.
• Create and lead hands-on lab training and testing with safety as priority.
• Design and scale curriculum for high-density data center environments.
• Develop coursework covering data center infrastructure including MV/LV distribution, switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, ATS/STS, UPS, generators, PLCs, SCADA/EPMS, and mechanical systems.
• Coach ICIANs through required competencies for data center deployment.
• Enhance curriculum to align with evolving client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with ICIAN Team to research content and implement new programs.
• Conduct jobsite coaching and development related to audits or crisis work.
