Faith Technologies is seeking an ICIAN Technical Training Consultant to implement and deliver data center training and related services. Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating technical classes, designing curriculum, and on-site coaching to ensure safe, effective learning outcomes.
Must have apprenticeship or degrees in a related field; 5+ years in data centers with electrical/specialty systems experience; travel up to 50% and a flexible schedule are required for role duties.

The ICIAN Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of ICIAN technical and/or trade-related training and services.
This includes: coordination and facilitation of technical and/or trade-related classes, design and development of technical and/or trade-related curriculum, and on-site/jobsite coaching and training.
Must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in the operation of audiovisual equipment, familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within data centers, electrical and/or specialty systems contractor field, and knowledge of adult educational principles and theory is preferred.
The ICIAN Technical Training Consultant acts as a Subject Matter Expert within the Data Center space.
