Salute in Afton, TX, seeks a Training & Development Manager to oversee certification programs in a data center environment. You will coordinate training, manage onboarding docs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

On-site role with relocation assistance. You’ll partner with client teams, track certifications, and drive workforce performance through a structured LMS-driven training framework and regular reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinating training programs in data centers or technical operations is required.
• Experience maintaining certification programs, training records, and compliance reporting systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation platforms is expected.

• Maintain and coordinate training programs to support readiness and safety requirements.
• Identify skill gaps and training priorities with leadership.
• Manage onboarding documentation and refresher programs for ongoing competency and compliance.
• Collaborate with client representatives and Salute leadership to align training with client needs.
• Monitor and document instructor-led, online, and hands-on training sessions.
• Oversee certification renewals and recordkeeping for audits.
• Ensure all training meets regulatory and client standards.
• Provide regular reporting on training completion, compliance, and certifications.
