Salute is seeking a Data Center Technical Trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive technical training for barstow-based operations. The role requires developing curricula, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring certification and compliance across mission-critical facilities.

The person will work with site leadership and client teams to tailor programs, track progress, and report on training metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years developing training programs within data centers or mission‑critical facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, and Uptime Institute standards.
• Experience maintaining certification programs and training records.
• Experience developing curricula, instructional materials, assessments, and evaluation programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs supporting site readiness and client requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and competency assessments for new employees.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with current technologies and safety standards.
• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and hands‑on training sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Monitor participation and completion of training programs.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate renewal schedules and work with external training providers.
