E2 Optics in Denver seeks a Data Center Infrastructure Technician to support cabling, rack builds, and basic fiber and RJ45 terminations in cutting‑edge environments.

You will learn under senior techs, gain hands‑on experience, and pursue certifications; safety and quality are core. This role offers growth in a fast‑paced, woman‑owned tech integrator powering AI and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience testing equipment/cabling and building out racks/cabinets.
• Basic understanding of RJ45 terminations and punch‑downs.
• Comfortable with color‑coded wiring.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Willing and able to work days, nights, or weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification required within first 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain an organized work area.
• Pull, dress, and label cabling according to standards.
• Begin RJ45 terminations and patch panel work with guidance.
• Assist in labeling and cable identification.
• Learn basic punch‑downs for telecom blocks.
• Support cable testing using basic tools under supervision.
• Gain exposure to fiber cable dressing and basic handling.
• Take direction from senior technicians and supervisors.
