HCLTech is seeking a Data Center Smart Hands Trainee in Atlanta to gain hands-on exposure to servers, networking gear, and data center operations within a collaborative team. You will work alongside experienced engineers helping diagnose hardware issues and support rack-and-stack activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, hardware support, and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate complex incidents when necessary.
• Assist with hardware replacements and equipment upgrades.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, racks, network devices, and cabling infrastructure.
• Support routine preventive maintenance and operational activities within the data center.
