Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, networking and hardware required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Resolve: diagnose and resolve hardware issues across servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Install & Maintain: install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and cabling.
• Ticket Management: track, update, and close service tickets promptly.
• Collaboration: partner with engineers and technicians to resolve issues.
• Continuous Learning: participate in training to stay current with tech.
• Inventory & Asset Management: support hardware inventory tracking and lifecycle.
• Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC): assist with installations, labeling, rack/stack, connectivity.
• Compliance & Security: adhere to site security and document activities.
