Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma, or IT-related certifications (e.g., A+, Network+)
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for your team and resolve standard infrastructure issues
• Document technologies and SOPs; convey procedures to junior staff
• Plan and execute small projects independently and assist with larger local initiatives
• Travel up to 10% and support multiple sites as needed
