Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician in New Albany, Ohio to support installation, operation, and maintenance of hyperscale and enterprise data center infrastructure. Qualifications

• 1+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience with structured cabling and data center infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and installation documents.
• Ability to perform MACD activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy servers, network devices, storage, and related infra per designs.
• Route, terminate, and label copper and fiber cabling with proper management.
• Install rack PDUs, connect to power sources, verify power and management connectivity.
• Provision equipment, install hardware components, and manage OOB connections.
• Perform testing and turn-up procedures, and execute MACD activities per procedures.
• Maintain installation records, test results, inventory, and as-built docs.
• Escalate design concerns and safety risks to senior technicians or site leadership.
