Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Data Center Technician I to support installation and deployment of data center infrastructure across colocation, enterprise, regional, and hyperscale environments.

The role involves basic installation tasks such as cable pulling, rack setup, and coordination of MACD projects, under direct supervision as you grow technical installation skills and knowledge of data center standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school education.
• OSHA 10 Construction Training Card required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of server cabinets, network racks, ladder rack, bracing, and containment systems.
• Pull, route, secure, and dress copper, coax, and fiber optic cabling according to installation standards.
• Install and support basic rack power components including rPDUs and cable whips.
• Support installation of overhead ladder rack, basket tray, and fiber trough systems.
• Follow engineered drawings, installation manuals, scopes of work (SOW), and methods of procedure (MOPs).
