Job summary

Indigo Beam, LLC is seeking a Data Center Technician (Level 1/Level 2) to join our on-site team in Houston. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting data center infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking hardware.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with enterprise hardware, TCP/IP networking, and ITIL-based ticketing. This is a full-time on-site position with responsibilities across operations, hardware, and network maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, Networking, or related field.
• 2+ years in enterprise data center environments.
• Experience with server hardware and TCP/IP networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center systems, equipment, and environmental conditions.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLAs.
• Provide Level 1/2 troubleshooting for servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and component replacement as needed.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
