Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Critical Operations Director to lead site teams across data centers, ensuring 100% uptime and safety. You will manage budgets, drive maintenance programs, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–7 years in data center or mission-critical ops.
• 3–5 years administering facility preventative maintenance programs.
• 3–5 years vendor and project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure safe operations across STACK data centers.
• Oversee budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and project execution.
• Maintain training plans and staff qualification.
• Supervise vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and site policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of data center operations programs.
