Job summary

CBRE Learning and Development Senior Analyst drives scalable technical training for data center technicians and low‑voltage professionals, ensuring safe, standards-aligned work in live centers. You will design, develop, and deploy programs with SMEs and field leadership to translate field processes into technician‑friendly content.

This role emphasizes hands‑on cabling, testing, and certification, with governance across regions and a focus on quality and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years hands-on experience with low‑voltage electrical and structured cabling work.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical learning ambassador by modeling CBRE RISE values.
• Facilitate technical training programs and onboarding for data center technicians, focusing on low‑voltage and structured cabling systems.
• Teach low‑voltage fundamentals (copper and fiber) and structured cabling tasks (pulling, routing, dressing, labeling).
• Lead testing and certification using industry equipment; cover data center pathways, racks, and ladder tray systems.
• Ensure safety practices for live data center work and conduct training assessments with remediation and coaching.
• Develop training reports and validate technical content with SMEs and operations teams.
