Job summary

CBRE Learning and Development Senior Analyst will design, develop, and deploy technical training for data center technicians and low‑voltage professionals to safely and consistently perform work in live data center environments.

You will partner with Data Center and Critical Environment teams to validate material accuracy, develop assets, and translate field processes into repeatable, technician-friendly content aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with low‑voltage electrical and structured cabling work.
• Cable pulling and routing.
• Termination, splicing, and patching.
• Testing and troubleshooting copper and/or fiber cabling; direct data center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical learning ambassador by modeling CBRE RISE values.
• Facilitate technical training programs and onboarding for data center technicians.
• Teach: low‑voltage fundamentals, structured cabling, and related tasks.
• Develop training assets including instructor-led content, job aids, simulations, and SOPs.
• Create evaluations to assess technician readiness and training effectiveness.
• Audit programs to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across regions.
