Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is hiring an on-site Data Center IT Infrastructure Technician to support client hardware in our data centers. You will troubleshoot servers and network devices, rack and stack equipment, install PDUs, and maintain documentation.

Expect collaboration across teams and active participation in incident and change control processes. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years DC or help desk experience, and CompTIA A+ certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a data center environment or help desk experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification required; Network+ and BICSI Installer 1 preferred.
• Ability to climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a 24/7 data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, inventory, and install client hardware into racks.
• Manage assets, perform audits, and coordinate tasks across groups.
• Install cabling and labeling per standards; troubleshoot hardware.
• Operate PDU installations and data center infrastructure components.
• Communicate with customers via tickets, phone, and email within SLA.
• Support incident communication and change control processes.
