Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years in people management, supervisory, team lead, or mentoring roles.
• Strong proficiency with CLI-based tools and environments (Cisco CLI, Linux/Unix shell, iDRAC, iLO).
• Experience troubleshooting fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.
• Familiarity with network tools (ping, traceroute, netstat, SNMP, syslog).

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage cabling and communications cabling.
• Lead and mentor a team in pulling cables, racking and stacking equipment, and managing cable infrastructure in the data center.
• Ensure quality of fiber and copper connections and manage complex technical challenges.
• Develop and enforce Method of Procedure (MOP) and Change Method of Procedure (CMOP) guidelines.
• Manage work ticket systems and infrastructure interfaces for efficient project execution.
