Job summary

E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise structured cabling installations for data center environments. You will manage crews, coordinate with project engineers, and ensure adherence to SOWs, safety standards, and project timelines.

The role emphasizes mentorship of technicians, collaboration with scheduling, and readiness to travel as needed to support multiple sites. A strong safety culture is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years in Structured Cabling or related construction.
• Experience supervising and training teams to plan, prioritize and schedule work.
• Ability to interpret codes, standards and testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation activities and direct personnel, resources and materials.
• Read and interpret floor plans, drawings, specifications and cut sheets.
• Plan, organize, direct, and ensure work follows the SOW and industry standards.
• Coach and mentor technicians to improve performance and develop emerging technologies.
• Travel as required by E2 Optics.
