Job summary

Advise on technical direction, enforce safety, manage tickets and inventory, and lead special projects. Travel to other data centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Real ID or other federally accepted identification for U.S. travel.
• Complete all deliverables assigned by leadership within established timelines.
• Ability to travel to other data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to empower a high-performing data center team.
• Ensure compliance and quality across all data center services.
• Provide technical direction and train technicians on protocols.
• Manage ticket workflows, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical and operational issues.
