Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Data Center Team Lead for Dock-A Shift (M-F 6AM-2:30PM) at USA - Lockbourne, OH. You will oversee material orders, inventory management, and server component installations, ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will lead the team in loading/unloading freight, performing quality checks, and coordinating with multiple warehouse systems. Strong focus on data accuracy, customer service, and cross-training across datacenter departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Ability to pass any federal/state/local background checks and drug tests.
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers; manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight; verify part numbers and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement on datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with high accuracy.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and enforce 5S standards.
• Cross-train in multiple datacenter departments to support operations.
