Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Data Center Team Lead- Kitting for the A shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Responsible for material orders, inventory, and server component installation for our datacenter.

Primary duties include quality checks, daily cycle counts, equipment operation (straddle stackers, electric pallet jacks), and wiring/cabling per diagrams. Requires 3–5 years of related experience and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Experience with computers and data entry.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards.
• Ability to pass federal/state/local background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accurate part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical parts.
• Oversee server rack placement on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with high accuracy.
• Install rack hardware and cabling in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
