Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for Dock A-shift (6:30AM-2:30PM) in USA - Lockbourne. You will oversee material handling, inventory management and project coordination to ensure accurate server rack installations and component wiring.

Role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication with internal teams and customers. Base pay is disclosed as hourly, with benefits typical of the program.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical abilities are needed for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with computers is required; familiarity with warehouse/DMS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accurate part numbers and pristine condition.
• Produce daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Assist and oversee placement of server racks on the data center floor with precision.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
