Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring for a Data Center Team Lead on Dock-D shift at our USA Lockbourne facility. You will oversee loading/unloading, inventory management, and the assembly of servers and components with hand and power tools.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to follow diagrams and schematics. Compensation is based on experience, with a base hourly pay of $27 and a value-driven, 5S compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills essential.
• Experience with computers and ability to read diagrams/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts.
• Install server racks, cabling and hardware per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety standards.
