• Monitor HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to alarms, equipment failures, and emergencies to maintain uptime.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors within the facility.
• Ensure work orders and PM activities are completed accurately and timely.
• Train and mentor team members; provide technical guidance.

About the Role
